Mizong quan (yan qing quan) jin ji dou 1961

Zhen Wei Academy Mizong quan (yan qing quan), jin ji dou (Golden Roosters Fighting) Two person set from the Mizong Quan system performed by Master Lu Zhenduo and Zhang Haichen in 1961. This form gets some stick from the those that are at a low or intermediate level in their martial arts journey or aren’t familiar with traditional Chinese martial arts (believe me as a young Thai boxer of only 5 - 10 years experience I felt the same).
