Ishaqzaade (English: Love Rebels) is a 2012 romantic drama film written and directed by Habib Faisal, and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. The film stars debutant Arjun Kapoor alongside Parineeti Chopra.[1] The official trailer was unveiled on 15 March 2012, whilst the film was released on May 11, 2012.[2] It received mixed response from critics, however it managed to do very well at the box office, and turned out to be a surprise hit worldwide.
