Floating Sandbox - NPC Physics Progress: Dipoles and More

After nailing down _particle_ NPC physics we’ve attacked and solved the *dipole* version of the problem, and now pairs of particles interact naturally with each other from within the ship’s non-inertial frame. We then started implementing the first important human NPC behaviors, among which walking. This took quite some time to nail down as it turns out that the physics of walking is a bad fit for simple mechanical-dynamics simulations. We’ve reached quite good results though and we believe we are ready to start working on _animating_ the NPCs!
