Our Bill (1928)

Begins with the intertitle: “Ever met him, folks? He’s a wonderful fellow - and so well known - and handsome.“ M/S of a chimpanzee riding a bike around some small Stars and Stripes flags. Probably an American story. The chimp wears a leopard print romper suit. The chimp then walks on the high wire holding a parasol. “Tricky? Bless us, he’s as artful on a ball as Buchan or Seed.“ The chimp stands on a large ball and rolls it with his feet in between the flags. “Aren’t his trousers cute, girls?“ The chimp rolls the ball up some rails and down some steps. Some baby chimps roll around outside on the grass and Bill runs past with his keeper. “But, the favourite of Bill’s family is Billiken - he’s just their style of beauty.“ A gorilla (not Bill) is handed a doll which it takes and cuddles.
