Be careful not to buy a Focused Amulet by mistake. Although the Focused Amulet is cheaper, it can only have one suffix mod, and we need two. This is a common trap for newbies, so stay vigilant! Step 2: Checking for Influence Ensure your Simplex Amulet has either one or no influence mod. Avoid double-influenced amulets as they require significantly more currency to craft the base. If your amulet has no influence, add one using the cheapest Elderslayer Exalted Orb. Then, change the influence to Shaper using the Harvest crafting bench. Step 3: Rolling for Increased Attributes Next, spam Chaos Orbs until you get the “Increased Attributes“ mod. On average, this takes about 300 Chaos Orbs. Once you have the desired mod, annul any unwanted mods that come with it. If you only have one desired mod, add “Suffixes Cannot Be Changed“ and then scour the item. This will turn your amulet into a magic item, which is what we’re aiming for. Step 4: Imprinting the Base Buy at least five Imprint Beasts. Imprint your base a few times to ensure you have backups. Then, either buy or craft a T1 “Increased Strength%“ amulet. If you decide to craft it, make sure the base is Warlord-influenced and has an item level of 75 or higher, as T1 mods only appear on items with an item level of 75 . Step 5: Combining the Amulets Remember, both amulets should have only one influenced mod each. If your Warlord amulet has both “Increased Strength“ and “Increased Area of Effect,“ you risk ruining your amulet with a 50/50 chance when using the Awakener’s Orb. After using the Awakener’s Orb, remove any unwanted third mod from the Simplex Amulet. Step 6: Refining the Mods After getting the two desired mods, craft “Suffixes Cannot Be Changed“ and then use the Harvest craft to reforge influence. If you don’t hit the desired mod, “Damage per 15 Strength,“ you’ll need to annul the third unwanted mod. If you fail to annul it, use an Imprint to revert the amulet back to its previous state and repeat the process from Step 5. The average chance of getting the “Damage per 15 Strength“ mod is about 1 in 28. Important Tip Make sure you always have at least one Imprint of the item left. If you fail to craft the amulet without an Imprint, you risk ruining your item with no way to revert it.
