Rishi Sunak pledged to create 20,000 new apprenticeships and cut red tape for small businesses during a speech in Warwickshire. The prime minister said the government would fund the apprenticeships for under-21s who place in small businesses. He then said he would cut red tape surrounding business registrations for smaller firms.
