The separatists said they have accepted Baku’s proposal for talks to integrate the disputed region into Azerbaijan. Talks over Nagorno-Karabakh’s “reintegration” into Azerbaijan are reportedly scheduled to take place on September 20 in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlakh.
