MRI Angiography 3D reconstruction and Flythrough of Cerebral Aneurysm

This video shows a new technique that we are developing to automatically segment and mesh medical magnetic resonance imaging data sets of real patients inside Cinema 4D. In this case a MRI Angiography of a cerebral aneurysm. The data set was first post processed for noise reduction in after effects, and then was converted into a point cloud with over 9 million points inside Cinema 4d.
