Ingredients
1 cup/200 grams thick dahi/yoghurt, whisked to make smooth
1 tsp roasted jeera/cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp pudina/mint powder. If available, use 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh mint, instead, as it gives a much better flavour
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp kala namak/black salt
1/4 tsp normal salt
2 tsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro
2 medium sized boiled potatoes, chopped into small pieces
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1/2 tsp grated ginger
7-8 kadhi patta/curry leaves
