serratus press

Going to say I made this variation up knowing that it’s obviously been done before🙃 let’s call it serratus press✔️ 1️⃣Think about creating an arching motion right from the beginning REACHING away from the body while simultaneously pressing up. 2️⃣The goal is to have the scapular motion as buttery as possible. You can see @mtroiano31 scaps upwardly rotate and eventually lock it as she achieves her overhead position. 3️⃣When done well this is super hard. Put it this way she looks like that and is using a 15 lb plate. Work your way up before hurting yourself.
