Kougami To Akane - You Can

Can’t seem to stop making Psycho Pass OTP AMVs. Then again, KouAkane are my biggest ship out of all the crap ton of anime I watch, so yeah lol I tried to compile all the moments where I thought it showed Kougami’s feelings for Akane being foreshadowed a little bit in the anime. If you rewatch certain scenes, you really can see he is pretty sweet on her, compared to how he acts around the other characters.
