This is a 15 minute Full Body Pilates Workout that sculpts and tones your entire body. It is a knee friendly pilates workout and you can do it from home without any equipment. These 15 minutes include slow and controlled body toning exercises and sculpts every part of your body. You can combine this workout with other of my stretching workouts for better results.
