She had just learned the frustrating and disappointing news that CrossFit would not extend leniency or consideration on the technical error she experienced regarding her final quarterfinal video submission. Upon arriving in Las Vegas, Anikha and I exchanged brief words, which was not enough time for me to process the impact this had on Anikha’s season. Only after reviewing this footage, was I able to witness the range of emotions experienced. Anikha is a talented and powerful athlete and this isn’t the last we see of her.
