Via Rail The Canadian Toronto To Vancouver | 5 Days & 4 Nights In a Cabin For 2

We rode on Via Rail, The Canadian, from Toronto to Vancouver and had an excellent time in the cabin for 2. The trip took us 5 days and 4 nights and we met some wonderful passengers along the way. Passengers on the Canadian can choose from economy class, upper and lower berths, cabin for 1, cabin for 2 and prestige class. Our cabin for 2 was nice and it included a private bathroom in the cabin. Our journey started at Toronto Union Station and we ended at Vancouver Pacific Central Station. We loved the park car and the views from the dome car on the train were spectacular. The meals in the dining car were among our favorites on a train. In the park car refreshments were served most of the day. During our trip we got to see snow capped mountains which was a real treat. We also got time to walk around in Edmonton, Winnipeg and Jasper.
