In 1983 Casio decided to produce their Handheld Computer FP-200.
Before the trio of NEC PC-8201A, Tandy Model 100, and the more advanced Olivetti M10 (all 3 built from the Kyocera KC85 layouts) CASIO produced their Handheld Computer, the PP-200 based on an Intel 8085 clone. It came with 8KB Ram but could be expanded to 32 KB Ram.
Among the many expansion possibilities were an external Floppy Disk Drive Unit FP-2021FD1
