Gupapuyngu Funeral Ceremony in Ramingining, 2008

This is a Gupapuyngu funeral ceremony at Ramingining community in the Northern Territory, Australia. Three main clan groups were present: the Gupapuyngu, Gumatj and Wangurri. The Gumatj came from Elcho Island, whilst the Wangurri arrived from Dhalinybuy outstation in eastern Arnhem Land.
