CLIMBING TRAINING:from Cavezzo one finger one arm pull ups (!!!)

..hello,I’m Tazio Il Biondo from Cavezzo and the force of gravity is my friend;I do exercises that are very close to my limit,but unfortunately I could not make the most out of each one of them because they were recorded in a short time,insufficient to recover to full strength,I still hope the video is quite inspiring! PULL UP RULES: -chin must be raised above the bar; -every single pull up must be started from a hanging position,so this means that arms must be stretched completely; -leg kicks, lower body movements and any oscillations that could be used to reach the top of the exercise are not allowed; enjoy! ..ciao,sono Tazio Il Biondo,abito a Cavezzo e la forza di gravità è mia amica; gli esercizi che eseguo sono molto vicino al mio limite ma purtroppo non ho potuto esprimere il massimo da ognuno di essi perchè sono stati registrati in breve tempo,insufficiente per recuperare a pieno le forze;spero comunque il video sia abbastanza stimolante!
