PRVN 21-15-9 Deadlifts & Ring Dips

Another 21-15-9 workout. I think most of the camps are gearing up for next week. The time caps have been too long and the programming has become simpler. Had to go conventional grip on the Deadlifts since my wrist still isn’t 100%. Never done a 21-15-9 before with that grip, so I was happy to hang onto it. I knew the workout was the ring Dips. When to break and how long of a rest. I decided to go with 3 sets for each round. Tried to stay moving through them. For Time 21-15-9 Deadlifts 225lb, ring Dips. Time Cap 15 minutes, finished 3:55 RX.
