Uploaded By ► Red Grey Matter ’’Enjoy Your Day’’ Album Flame Still Burns The 10th CD release, Flame Still Burns, came during the middle of the COVID 19 Pandemic. Can you say; ‘Murphy’s Law’?? We knew we had to make a stand for the positive!!! I’d been asked over the years if I would try an ‘all-covers album, I thought long and hard about it and felt that it had finally come to the right time and place for it. So, my manager, TC Davis, and I sat down with dozens of contenders, and over some weeks, whittled it down to a ‘do-able’ size of 14 cuts. Also, during this time, I received a nomination for a BMA award, in the Contemporary Blues Female Artist category, and am honored to be asked to do a streaming vid on the June, 6th broadcast show! We’ve been sequestered and afraid for a long time, but we must keep going, and being positive is one way to survive all this. Please stay safe and well out there, till I see all of you again!
