Edinburgh International Festival Opening Event Aug 2024

A sound and light event held at George Heriot’s School marking the start of the 2024 Edinburgh International Festival. It was entitled “Where to Begin“. While the audience gathered waiting for the main event they were amused by actors climbing distilleries, stoking fires and handing out drams! Towards the end of the sequence of videos projected on the school’s walls there was a song specially composed for the event by Karine Polwarth.
