Casting The Soul Separator From Lineage 2 - Huge Aluminum Sword Casting

In this video I’ll be casting the soul separator sword from the video game Lineage 2. I started with a 3d model of the sword and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I then melted down some aluminum wire and poured the molten metal into the mold. I finished by sanding and carving out the detail.
