Kratos has the physique of a bodybuilder and the strength of a powerlifter/strongman. He exerts this power in an extremely functional manner: wrestling monsters, pulling sleds, and launching his axe.
As you guys know, I like to combine training modalities in unique ways. This way, we can build a routine to emulate pretty much any physique or skillset. My take on a Kratos workout, is to use a “powerbuilding“ structure by combining heavy lifts with lighter, higher-rep work.
