Celebrity couture hat designer, Philip Treacy held an invitation only runway show at Neiman Marcus Chicago. Solessence was in attendance and brings you exclusive footage of the show that served as a kickoff for the Parkways Foundations 8th Annual Garden Party Luncheon. One of a kind hats were brought over from the UK by Treacy, and RTW styles were brought in from Neiman Marcus locations around the US.
