New decree: RESIDENCE for those sharing TRADITIONAL VALUES

The exact list of the countries will be known soon, bit is believed to include only some Western, so called «unfriendly», countries to Russia. ✈ Those individuals will be allowed to apply for temporary residency without doing the Russian language exam and not under the quota, that is, easier than usual. Also, these foreigners will be able to get a single 90 day visa to come to Russia and apply here.
