15 MIN TRICEP WORKOUT with Dumbbells - No Repeat | Caroline Girvan

Nothing but the triceps here! 15 minutes perfect as a finisher to any chest workout or simply on its own as a quick yet intense workout to strengthen the triceps! For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair of dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each! The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest. Every set is different with variations of well know isolation exercises!
