40-Minute Spicy Vinyasa Yoga Practice with Pistol Squats by Nicole Wild

We warm up, flow through several challenging but funky sequences, then land in Savasana. Have 2 blocks nearby if you’ve got them - as we’ll play with several Pistol Squat variations throughout today’s practice!
