Blessed Mother Statue Vandalized in Queens, Police Investigating Incident

Father James Kuroly was horrified to discover a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary outside of Cathedral Preparatory School and Seminary in Elmhurst, Queens had been vandalized. The statue, which is more than 100-years-old, was defaced with the word “idol.”
