Puffin Therapy

The Atlantic Puffin returns to land just for the breeding season. They lay eggs in burrows dug on cliff tops. It has been said that observing the behavior of these clown-faced seabirds makes people happy and soothes the soul. In fact, this was also our experience when we visited this Puffin colony in the Treshnish isles near the isle of Mull (Scotland).
