C128: VDC Mode Mania (updated RGBtoHDMI kernal)

Update: Re-recorded with latest RGBtoHDMI kernal updated to deal with the C128 interlace modes. Thanks to RGBtoHDMI profiles provided by Vic Tokra, now finally able to capture the VDC Mode Mania demo for the C128. This demo really shows the flexibility of the Commodore 128 VDC graphics chip.
