Easy vegan banana and cinnamon pancakes, my fave Sunday breakfast! It was the rainiest day when we filmed these, and they instantly changed all of our moods. Can’t wait for you to try them!
Ingredients
- 100g porridge oats, 1 cup
- 200ml almond (or oat) milk, 1 cup
- 80g ground almonds, 1 cup
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
