CP train creeps through flooded waters!

On October 13 2018 the Mississippi River flooded somewhat in Davenport, Iowa and we went to try and see at least one train the through the waters and we where successful with that. And on the way home we saw some UP trains as well. Other people present, Runnin eight, atsf49, cnp204, and cnsd75i.
