The School of the Hamburg Ballet, established in 1978, trains young international students for a professional career in dance. The basis of the curriculum is the classical ballet technique. Modern dance, variations, repertoire, and dance composition are also essential parts of the syllabus. Advanced students take part in performances with the Hamburg Ballet.
