Proton-M launches Elektro-L No.4

A Proton-M launch vehicle, with a DM-03 upper stage, launched the Elektro-L No.4 meteorological satellite from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, on 5 February 2023, at 09:12:52 UTC (14:12:52 local time). Elektro-L No.4 (Электро-Л №4) is the fourth hydrometeorological geostationary satellite developed by NPO Lavochkin (Russia) and launched by Roscosmos.
