North Korea has sent a letter to South Korea calling for reconciliation and an end to “hostile military strikes“. The UN ambassador to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) called this a “crucial decision“ to stop military exercises and if they need to cooperate with the US, “they had better hold exercises far away from territorial land.“
