Mount Haruna (Akina) Downhill

The real Mount Akina, known as Mount Haruna. The mountain road upon which the origins of the Initial D story is based, a bucket list place had to experience. Thanks to my friends, Ashley and Evan, they set me up with this part of my Japanese vacation to pay homage to the anime series that had a huge influence on my life as I know it today. The car is an Autozam (Mazda) AZ-1, a sporty kei car with 60hp, 9000rpm rev limit, and a turbo. Plenty of fun for the twisty touge.
