ReactOS boots from NTFS volume (through NTLDR)

No crashes or asserts, boots “smoothly“ into the desktop, except for the explorer’s start logo resource which failed to load properly for some reason. Used the ReactOS’ own NTFS driver with enabled write support and NTLDR to load the system itself.
