Treatment of Skeletal Class I with Anterior Crossbite and Crowding｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC786

[case report] This is a Class I case with severe crowding (＞7mm) and anterior crossbite treated with 4 bicupid extraction and fixed self-ligation system. Proper torque selection and open-coil springs were applied to correct anterior crossbite. 這是一個用固定式矯正器搭配拔除上下雙側共四顆小臼齒來騰出空間，以改善嚴重牙亂 (＞7mm) 的案例。在此案例中正確利用矯正器的torque和open coil spring來騰出空間，矯正前牙錯咬。
