Homemade Bounty Bars
These homemade Bounty bars are so versatile with homemade chocolate in four flavours.
- Ingredients for the coconut filling:
2 cups (170 g) desiccated coconut
1 cup (125 g) coconut cream
¼ cup (60 ml) coconut oil
4 tbsp ginger syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine Himalayan salt
1 tsp matcha powder mixed with 1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp pitaya powder mixed with 1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp pitaya powder and 1 tsp blue spirulina powder mixed with 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Ingredients for the dark chocolate:
1 cup (250 ml) cocoa butter
1/2 cup (75 g) cocoa powder
1/3 cup (65 g) coconut sugar
½ tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp soy lecithin
- Ingredients for the white chocolate:
2 cups (500 ml) cocoa butter
2 cups (500 ml) coconut cream
¼ cup (60 ml) soy lecithin
3 tbsp ginger syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
