This recipe is older than me! Taught by my mother-in-law. Can be made without an oven!
180ml warm water
10g white sugar
3g active dry yeast
Mix and wait for 5 minutes
300g all-purpose or bread flour
3g salt
Mix well
15ml olive oil
Knead the dough
Move the dough to a work surface and continue to knead
Cut and divide into 2 parts
Shape each piece like this
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
200g ground beef
1 egg
Whisk with a fork
Save about 10ml for later use
Add the egg to the ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mix well
50g diced onion
15g chopped green onions
15ml olive oil
Mix well
Set aside for later
After 15 minutes
Sprinkle some flour
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough
The dough should be about 30x20cm after flattening
Spread half of the meat on the dough
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
Roll it up from the long end
Pinch the edges
Make small cuts on the dough like this
Use a bamboo
