This video is my way of mourning the Concert. Infuriatingly, it wasn’t broadcast. I thought KCTV were doing well with their consistency, there was always an anxiety that this would happen again at some point. So instead, I present to you in 4K the finale of the Diplomatic Concert back in July. This was an odd choice to say the least as it is a song that almost nobody cares about. It has raised its head time and again to the silence of both the audience and the online community. Still, its rendition here is quite grandiose and stirring thanks to the new array of singers, of which I am quite fond. (Though Jong Hong Ran was done horribly dirty by the wardrobe department that day.) Video quality isn’t amazing due to the confetti, which ruins video in any case.
