BEST STICKHANDLING WORKOUT - 15 MINUTES OF HARD WORK | OFF-ICE WORKOUT FOR HOCKEY PLAYERS

Hey Hockey Players ! In this video, I prepared full stickhandling workout 15 minutes total. It is great practice to improve your puck control and do little extra at home. Drills are focus on getting confidence on the stick skating movement stickhandling drills which is very important for ice hockey players. This stickhandling training you can do at home without fancy equipment. These stickhandling drills can also be done in a small space - perfect for at home ! If you want to improve your stickhandling, I recommend practicing to repeat 3x and at least twice a week at home, but ideally every day if you can.
