UD Women’s Soccer Claims A-10 Championship

DAYTON ‚€œ The University of Dayton women’s soccer team (12-8-2) claimed the 2014 Atlantic 10 Women’s Soccer Championship with a 2-1, come-from-behind victory over top-seeded La Salle (14-5-2) Sunday at Baujan Field in front of 1,238 fans. With the win, the Flyers earn the A-10’s automatic berth to the 2014 NCAA Championships. It marks the ninth A-10 Tournament title for UD, a league best.
