WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretches and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)
