ERIKA’S PINEAPPLE MANGO SALSA
1 cup chopped fresh ripe pineapple
1 cup chopped fresh ripe mango
half cup finely chopped red bell pepper (seeds removed)
quarter cup finely chopped jalapeno (seeds removed)
eighth cup finely chopped cilantro
eighth cup finely chopped mint leaves
eighth teaspoon real salt or pink himalayan salt
stir all ingredients together in a bowl
