Splatterhouse Arcade game custom cabinet and electronics

This year for Halloween I finally got around to making a ’deadicated’ cabinet for Splatterhouse. Aside from a lot of little details on the outside, I also added some circuitry inside that allows me to detect what’s going on in the game program as it is running and in turn trigger real world effects based on in game variables. (Right now this is just LEDs, but it could be smoke, or shaker motors, or whatever amuses you.) It’s about 4AM, so pardon my somewhat scattered rambling. One take and it shows. ;-) Full details here:
