Walmart settles corruption probe for $282m

The retailer was accused of bribing officials in India, Mexico, China and Brazil in order to build new stores. The company has agreed to pay a settlement of $282 million. Also, the Bank of England remains cautious about new Facebook currency Libra; Deutsche Bank faces a new money-laundering probe in the US; and Renault and Nissan try to shore up their alliance through a partnership with self-driving car company Waymo.
