Überlingen Collision in Real Time / Air Crash Animation + ATC (2018)

This is a real-time view of the Überlingen collision with ATC recording, its transcript and the cockpit transcripts. I had animated pretty much the whole thing when the first preview (now deleted) came out but didn’t know how I’d present it. Then I found the ATC recording and thought I’d add it to the video. I’ve used ground speeds of ~300 kts when animating (probably should be a lot faster in reality oops). I couldn’t quite find accurate weather descriptions on that night so I went with what Mayday showed in their animations.
