Miyazaki Wagyu Steak “medium well“ - Steakhouse in Bangkok

400g of Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Beef at Nami Bangkok, which surprisingly is the best steak served since the steakhouse in New York City last December. Since my last visit in 2018, Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse took quite a number of Japanese Wagyu Beef cuts into their menu. The cook from last time, who introduced himself as Brad Pitt isn’t working here anymore, and interestingly - as a waitress explains - used to introduce himself to Thai customers using a name of Thai celebrity.
