ROSSIGNOL | MARCUS GOGUEN - THE RESET: From Freeride Ski Podiums to Mountain Bike Trails

After breaking onto the 2023 Freeride World Tour via a wildcard spot, Marcus Goguen continued his success with performance after performance in 2024. In a whirlwind of a tour, he snagged two podiums and two wins, which led to a second place season overall. With the 2025 season just around the corner, Marcus is gunning for that number one overall spot - but first, a much deserved break is needed. Every athlete has a way of resetting in the off season. For Marcus, mountain biking on his home trails in Whistler, BC provides a perfect outlet. Like many kids from BC, Marcus grew up mountain biking as much as skiing. Not only a former member of the Canadian DH team, some of his top results include a Junior Crankworx Whistler Air DH win and a top 5 at a U21 Enduro World Cup. On a daily basis, Marcus is riding a Heretic XT in size Large. The Heretic perfectly balances hard-charging stability and playful, party lap performance. The aluminum frame and Horst Link suspension smooth out big hits to small bump chatter providing the comfort needed for long enduro stages. The lively geometry encourages you to hit every jump and rip every last berm you can find. #Anotherbestday #mtb
