Trump reacts after Charlie Kirk’s death, ‘dark moment’

President Donald Trump has released a video on social media related to the death of Charlie Kirk. The conservative commentator and founder of Turning Point USA was shot while speaking at a Utah Valley University event in Orem, Utah. The person of interest who was taken into custody following the deadly shooting of Kirk was released later on Wednesday evening, according to FBI Director Kash Patel. President Donald Trump initially shared news of Kirk’s death on Truth Social. “The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead,“ Trump wrote. “No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family.
